Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted a Webinar and Interactive session on “Nuts and Bolts of an Efficient Scientific Research Manuscript”, 25th June 2020 . The speaker for the day is Dr. D Jude Hemanth from Karunya University. He focused on the minutiae of how to initiate research, how to write a research paper, how to choose the right publication journal and on what basis would a paper be rejected. He said the research paper should answer the ‘why’, ‘what’ and ‘how’ questions, which would cover 50% of the work. Further he had explained how the research paper should be written and also how it could get rejected. He also highlighted the dos and don’ts of publication and how to verify a journal with SCIE/SCOPUS. Overall, the session was very informative and interactive for Faculty, Research scholars and students.
