Motivational Talk - Beyond Today: Preparing for Tomorrow’s Challenges and Opportunities

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a motivational talk for 5th-semester students on November 14, 2024. The session was conducted by 7th-semester ECE students Hithesh Guptha V, Kriti S Devatha, K Supreeth Pranav, and Mahi Prajwal Pagolu, and it focused on strategies for securing placements and pursuing higher education.

The speakers shared valuable insights on CGPA requirements, essential skills for IT and core industry roles, and the effective use of the college’s HRD portal. They introduced a structured 180-day roadmap for placement preparation, emphasizing key areas such as coding languages, fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), and data structures and algorithms (DSA).

The discussion covered exam options like GATE, GRE, GMAT, and CAT for students aiming for higher education. Drawing from their own experiences in placements and academics, the speakers inspired their juniors with practical advice and a clear path to success.
