Alumni Talk on Build Your Own AI Assistant
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized an alumni talk titled “Build Your Own AI Assistant” on 15th May 2026 from 3 PM to 4 PM. The speaker, Ms. Sneha Srinivasan, an alumna of the ECE department (Batch 2015–2019) and currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at Nielsen Global Solutions, delivered an insightful session. She covered the importance of Data Science, its real-world applications through relevant case studies, and introduced concepts around AI Assistants. The session concluded with an interactive segment where students sought guidance on career goals in Data Science and certification courses to achieve them. The talk was well-received and proved to be an informative and engaging experience for the students.
