A Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Building a Culture of Academic Excellence through the New NBA SAR Framework” was jointly organised by the Departments of ECE, CSE, and CSE (DS) in association with the Office of VP (Academics), IQAC, and SDC, from 27th to 31st July 2026. The programme aimed to familiarise faculty with the revised NBA SAR framework, strengthen Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices, and enhance skills in curriculum design, innovative pedagogy, assessment, and CO-PO attainment. Through expert lectures and hands-on workshops led by eminent resource persons, 35 faculty members gained practical exposure to NBA documentation, quality improvement practices, and stress management, resulting in highly positive feedback and increased confidence in implementing OBE and accreditation-related initiatives.
