SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS

HANDS ON WORKSHOP ON DIGITAL SYSTEM DESIGN USING CIRCUIT SIMULATIONS

On January 16th, a comprehensive hands-on workshop on Digital System Design using Circuit Simulations for 3rd-semester students took place in the EDA Lab under the aegis of ECE department. The workshop covered essential topics to enhance their understanding of digital systems inclusive of CAD Logisim Tool, providing a hands-on experience for the participants in implementing and simulating digital circuits. The workshop delved into practical aspects, allowing participants to explore the configuration of 2-input gates for different functionalities. The use of Multiplexors as 2-input gates was also demonstrated. Additionally, a subset of Combinational Circuits and Sequential Circuits was covered, providing students with foundational knowledge. The session concluded with an in-depth exploration of the timing parameters of Flip-Flops.
