Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an online Guest lecture on “Introduction to MSP430 MCU and NodeMCU ESP8266”on November 20th2021. The speaker, S.Lokesh, is working with Ekalavya Group of Technologies, Tirupathi as Chief Technical officer.He focused on the mixed signal processors.He discussed about the different register set, the instructions it supports, the interrupt concepts, brought out the meaning of RISC and CISC controllers. He related the functioning of such processors and controllers in embedded systems. He detailed different application based on these controllers. About 110 students of 5th semester attended the session.
