CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The students of IV semester of Electronics and Communication Engineering had an alumni talk on 7th February 2020 by our alumni, Mr. AksharaMurali.

The session was very interactive where the students were told about the scope of getting placed in electronics core companies. The discussion also included some technical insights of problem solving techniques and various problems statements that are being addressed by the core companies. He also briefed about the project on which he is currently working on. This helped to provide clarity to IV semester students about the use of core technologies, being taught in college, in the companies.

He also provided some tips and tricks for clearing placement technical rounds and interviews.He advised the students regarding placements and major mistakes that should be avoided.

He significantly emphasized on handling failures and learning from them.He also highlighted the different fields that the students could choose under core apart from IT companies as well. It was indeed a friendly talk where he also shared his personal experience during his engineering life. Overall the session was very informative which added to prepare the students to face placements and handle situations in better and planned way.
