Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an International online alumni talk on “How to Reach World Of IC” on 12th June 2021.The speaker, Akshara Murali, is an alumnus of ECE department(Batch-2013-2017).He is currently working as senior Design Engineer with Frenus Tech Pvt Ltd. He is also a student mentor at Vivartan Technologies LLP, Mysore. The audience was IV and VI sem students. The session started with introduction to VLSI design i.e. physical design and layout. The alumni discussed about various aspects of frontend VLSI design techniques. Students interacted with alumni at the end of the session by taking suggestions and clarifying doubts on pursuing career in the field of VLSI. The session was overall very informative.
