Workshop on Business Model Canvas
The NHCE Institutions Innovation Council and the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering had conducted a 2-day workshop on Business Model Canvas from 24 & 25th of April 2024. Students from the ECE department and four faculty members, IIC Coordinators and Innovation Ambassadors attended the event. The students presented their business model ideas on the first day, and the best ideas were shortlisted. Mr. Raja Manoharan, Founder and Operations Director , Enverdant Group of Companies, Chennai, gave the keynote address on the second day. Through interactive exercises, students were able to gain a strong grasp of the nine key building blocks and develop the skills to craft a clear visual representation of business, identify potential strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately refine the path to success.
